Plaintiff, Louis Porro, received workers' compensation benefits for injuries he sustained while on defendant, M.W. Powell Co.'s (Powell), premises. He was employed by the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (IDMHDD) at the time of the accident.
