BELL, Justice.

Steven L. Beam was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the malice murder of Oruada Okpani.1 Beam appeals, contending, in part, that the trial court committed reversible error by failing to excuse for cause a prospective juror who was a full-time employee of the district attorney's office. We agree with this contention, and, accordingly, we reverse.
