OPINION

HUGHES, Justice.

Can a telephone call between two doctors create a patient-physician relationship between one of the doctors and a person whom the doctor does not know, has not spoken with, and has not treated? The trial court rendered final summary judgment in favor of the defendant, David A. Solce, D.O., in this medical malpractice case.

We affirm.
