In May of 1982, during the course and scope of his employment as a laborer with INAMCO, Inc., Glenn Gauthier was injured in a fall. He sustained injuries to his right foot and a compression fracture of the fifth cervical vertebra in his neck. Dr. Vanda L. Davidson, Gauthier's treating physician, determined that as a result of these injuries Gauthier had sustained an anatomical impairment rating of twenty percent of his entire person. Dr. Davidson...
