PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Appellant sought damages for legal malpractice arising from a wrongful foreclosure by appellees. Appellees moved for summary judgment claiming that appellant's action was barred by the two year statute of limitations. Appellant amended his petition and added a second basis for his claim of legal malpractice six days before the summary judgment hearing. The trial court granted summary judgment on both.
