Roy was charged with four specifications of professional misconduct and four corresponding charges of refusal to cooperate in the investigation of the Committee of Professional Responsibility of the Louisiana State Bar Association.1 The latter four charges as well as Specification No. 1 deserve discussion in this opinion.2
