BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Sidney M. DeGross was convicted of two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of third-degree assault. Superior Court Judge Victor D. Carlson sentenced DeGross to maximum terms on all counts: twenty years for each robbery and five years for each assault. Judge Carlson ordered the sentences to run consecutively, for a total term of fifty years' imprisonment. DeGross appealed his convictions and sentence. This court affirmed...
