Defendant-appellant Ronald Parsons was charged by information with possession of more than 15 grams of a controlled substance, namely cocaine, with intent to deliver. A jury found defendant guilty of the charge, and defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 12 years, three years mandatory supervised release and a fine of $40,000. Defendant appeals...
