These are consolidated appeals from a decision rendered in a suit for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and wrongful misrepresentation. A jury found the defendant bank liable and awarded damages of $1,079,642 to the plaintiff corporation, as well as damages of $324,000 and $17,000 to the individual plaintiffs, John D. Wyatt and F. Paul Naquin, Jr., who were officers and shareholders of the corporation...
