Appellant was convicted in a bench trial in College Park Municipal Court of public drunkenness and appealed his conviction by writ of certiorari to Fulton Superior Court. The superior court overruled and dismissed the petition finding substantial evidence to support the conviction. We granted appellant's application for discretionary appeal to consider his contentions that the conviction was contrary to the evidence and the trial court failed to consider...
