Appellant, Leon Sprouse appeals a judgment awarding $24,239.46 plus twelve percent interest and attorney fees to appellees Roy N. Larsen, Artie Edmunds, and Interwest Commercial Properties. This amount represents the commission owed on the sale of Sprouse's motel to Arjen W. Jager. The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in determining that Sprouse is personally liable to pay a real estate commission, twelve percent interest...
