The state challenges the trial court's order granting the appellee's, Robert Gonyo's, motion to suppress evidence in this drug trafficking case. The state contends and we agree that the trial court erred in finding that the undercover officer was required to obtain a search warrant pursuant to Bibby v. State, 423 So.2d 970 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982).
