JOHNSON, J.

The defendant was convicted of conspiracy to commit first degree murder, after a jury trial in the Superior Court (Nadeau, J.). RSA 629:3; RSA 630:1-a. In this appeal, the defendant asserts that the trial court erred in allowing testimony regarding statements made by his wife and co-conspirator, Tina Gibney. We affirm.
