Following a ten-week jury trial before Judge Griesa in the Southern District of New York, the above-named defendants-appellants were convicted of conspiring to violate the narcotics laws. 21 U.S.C. § 846. Brooks Davis was also convicted of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, 21 U.S.C. § 848(a), travelling in interstate commerce to further a narcotics enterprise, 18 U.S.C. § 1952, using a firearm in a drug trafficking...
