Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On the evening of July 6, 1989, two police officers dressed in plain clothes and operating an unmarked police car drove to the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Fourth Street in the City of Mount Vernon in order to investigate a complaint of a man selling drugs at that location. While they were stopped at the intersection for a traffic light, they heard a voice cry out "five-o", a slang term used to warn people of police presence...
