Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986),] and numerous Alabama decisions following Batson, a defendant, in order to establish a prima facie Equal Protection Clause violation, `must show that he is a member of a cognizable racial group... and that the prosecutor has exercised...
