(hereinafter defendant), and Willie Vaughn (hereinafter Vaughn), an employee of defendant, appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Effingham County in which defendants were held jointly and severally liable for $21,751.62 for damages incurred by plaintiff, P.A.M.
