We granted the application of Wade B. Randolph, Jr. against whom the court of appeal rendered judgment on a third party claim in favor of Trinity Universal Insurance Company of Kansas, Inc. (hereinafter Trinity), which in the district court had been found liable to James H. Boyer (Randolph's vendee and Trinity's insured) under the theft provisions of Boyer's automobile insurance policy.
