Felipe Bonilla-Romero was indicted in February 1986 for narcotics violations under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and for firearms violations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(h)(1) & 924(a).1 Trial by jury was set for December 15, 1986.
