Appellant, Applied Computer Sciences, Inc. ("ACS"), seeks review of a summary judgment enforcing a settlement agreement between ACS and appellee, Wang Laboratories, Inc. ("Wang"). We find that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has exclusive jurisdiction to hear this appeal.
