Emmanuel O. Salami appeals from a judgment after a jury trial in the Eastern District of New York, John R. Bartels, J., convicting Salami of conspiring to import in excess of one kilogram of heroin, importing in excess of 100 grams of heroin and possessing with intent to distribute in excess of 100 grams of heroin.
