In a bench trial, appellant was convicted of official oppression (Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 39.02(a)(1) (Vernon 1989)) and sentenced to ninety days' confinement in the Cameron County Jail, and a $1,000.00 fine, probated for one year. On original submission, this Court held that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction.
