ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Arthur Earl Bennet, appeals from the trial court's order denying his writ of habeas corpus. The trial court denied appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus which requested (1) bond reduction from a bail bond previously set by the court in the amount of $20,000, and (2) dismissal of the indictment based on denial of the right to a speedy trial.
