OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

Appellant pleaded guilty to the charges of burglary of a habitation and credit card abuse. Punishment was assessed at ten years' confinement for each offense, to run concurrently. He now complains of insufficient evidence to support his guilty plea, abuse of discretion by the trial court in denying appellant's motion to withdraw his plea of guilt, and ineffective assistance of counsel...
