In granting the motion, the district court held that Irving Felton was not entitled to sue his employer, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA"), under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51 et seq. (1986) ("FELA"), to recover compensation for job related injuries...
