Wong Chi Keung was convicted by a jury on charges that he conspired to possess with intent to distribute more than 20 kilograms of a substance containing a detectable amount of heroin, and did possess more than a kilogram of such a substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C) and 846.
