The plaintiffs appeal from the district court's denial of their motion for a new trial in a diversity action for fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and violation of Massachusetts G.L. c. 93A. Their strongest argument on appeal is that the district court failed to explain to the jury the duties of a broker, as a fiduciary, not to make secret profits and not to conceal material information from the parties...
