Plaintiff-appellee, Robert F. Craig, as trustee in bankruptcy of Cassidy Land & Cattle Company, Inc., brought this action against Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Nebraska, defendant-appellant, on an insurance policy issued by Farmers Mutual to Craig as trustee. The policy provided property damage coverage for certain ranchhouses and other buildings located on a ranch which was a part of the assets owned by the bankrupt Cassidy Land Company...
