Defendants-appellants Franklin Marmolejo, Silverio Polanco, and Juan Mata appeal from judgments of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (John F. Keenan, Judge). The underlying two-count indictment charged the defendants in Count One with conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute in excess of 500 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988).
