This litigation involves ten consolidated suits brought by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers (plaintiffs)1 against Centerbank (formerly Bank Center) (defendant), who was one of the lenders for the Professional Centre office building project on Essen Lane, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
