In this appeal by petition for writ of error appellant contends the trial court erred in granting appellee post answer default judgment by: (1) proceeding to trial without notice to appellant; (2) proceeding to trial upon a pleading not noticed; and (3) deeming as admitted appellee's requests for admission not noticed. The issue of notice is fundamental to our consideration of all three points; therefore, we consider them simultaneously...
