GRANT, Justice.

After a jury trial, defendant, Chris Lohman, was convicted of conspiracy to commit theft by deception. His trial was consolidated with that of Michelle Bisby, codefendant and alleged coconspirator. She was also convicted of the same crime. Defendant timely appealed to this court, assigning three errors. Defendant contends that the trial court erred (1) in determining there was sufficient evidence "to find the Defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...
