Appellant Russell Vincent appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Pursuant to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1), Vincent was sentenced to incarceration for fifteen years, without the possibility of probation or parole, to be followed by a three-year period of supervised release.
