This case is an appeal from the denial of a petition for relief filed pursuant to Ark.R. Crim.P. 37. We affirm.

Appellant, John W. Parks, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and theft of property with a value of $2500 or more. He was sentenced to twenty-five years, with eight years suspended, on the aggravated robbery charge and seventeen years on the theft of property charge, the sentences to run concurrently.
