Appellants, Mikel Brookshire and Donald Flowers, brought suit against appellees, Longhorn Chevrolet Company and State National Bank, arising out of each appellant's purchase of a motor vehicle from Longhorn Chevrolet Company by means of identically worded retail installment contracts provided by and financed through State National Bank.
