(Gulf Wide), is seeking coverage under an errors and omissions policy issued to its insurance agent, Associated Insurance Managers, Inc. (AIM), as a result of AIM's negligence in placing inadequate coverage on the plaintiff's vessel, the M/V MISS JULIE MAC.
