The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant was convicted, after trial, of murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. The charges arose from the killing and robbery of Effrain Camacho by defendant and two others at 303 Jefferson Street in Brooklyn when Camacho and a friend attempted to purchase heroin and cocaine...
