On August 10, 1988, the defendant, Martin Rodriguez, pled guilty to committing two counts of burglary (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 19-1). He was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail, 4 years probation and ordered to pay a fine and costs totaling $300.
