The defendants, Eva Casazza, Elizabeth Chartier, and Kenneth Chartier, were charged with unlawful delivery of cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 56 1/2, pars. 705(a), 707(a), 704(b)). The defendants thereafter filed a motion to suppress certain evidence seized during a search of Kenneth's yacht.
