By his first Assignment of Error, defendant contends that the trial court erred in directing a verdict for plaintiff, which had the burden of proof. We disagree. Our Supreme Court has held that "there are neither constitutional nor procedural impediments to directing a verdict for the party with the burden of proof where the credibility of movant's evidence is manifest as a matter of law."
