Lysirick Wilson was convicted, after a jury trial, of unlawful restraint (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 10-3(a)), and attempted criminal sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 12-13(a)(1)) and sentenced to seven years' imprisonment. Wilson appeals, arguing that the prosecution improperly attempted to impeach a witness and made improper remarks during closing argument...
