JUNELL, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant was placed on five years' probation following his conviction for the offense of retaliation. The state moved to revoke appellant's probation on grounds that he had failed to comply with the terms of his probation. Following a hearing on the state's motion, the trial judge found the allegations contained therein to be true, revoked the probation, and sentenced appellant...
