This appeal arises out of a wrongful death action brought by the appellants against Deere & Company (Deere), John Deere Company (John Deere), and Farmers Equipment, Inc. (Farmers), the respective manufacturers and retailer of the John Deere 8820 combine that caused Earl Hoopes's death.
