Hebert Abstract Company appeals the district court's grant of defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c). Appellant alleges that: 1) the trial court erred procedurally by granting the motion and 2) the trial court erred as a matter of law when it held that under the Louisiana Oil Well Lien Statute a title abstractor is not entitled to a lien.
