I. INTRODUCTION

Defendant, Con M. Bradley, was, pursuant to verdict, adjudged guilty of first degree murder, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-303 (Reissue 1989), and the use of a firearm to commit a felony, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-1205 (Reissue 1989).
