This matter is before the Court on defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Plaintiff is a former employee of Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta"), who contends that he was wrongfully denied continued long-term disability benefits from the Delta Family-Care Disability and Survivorship Plan (the "Plan") and wrongfully terminated by Delta.
