This is an appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, Mitchell Jones and Shelby Jones, who were tenants in Shady Lake Trailer Park, which was operated by the defendant, Clarence Long. The plaintiffs alleged in their complaint, filed March 24, 1987, that Shelby Jones was injured in a slip and fall accident on the ramp leading to a garbage dumpster on the premises of Long's trailer park, located in Lowndes County, Alabama...
