Defendants, Joseph and Stephanie Frey (buyers), appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook County, granting summary judgment on the complaint of plaintiff, Lynch Imports, Ltd. (seller). Count I of the complaint sought damages in the sum of $8,706 for the breach of an automobile sales contract, while count II sought damages of $4,706 for wrongful stoppage of a check. We reverse...
