Plaintiff appeals as of right from that portion of the August 18, 1989, judgment of the Iron Circuit Court granting defendants summary disposition as to Count I of plaintiff's complaint. Summary disposition was based upon the trial court's ruling that Count I was time-barred by MCL 600.4545(2); MSA 27A.4545(2). We reverse.
