Merle J. Kramer pleaded guilty to a presentencing guidelines count of growing marijuana and conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. He also pleaded guilty to one count of a post-guidelines failure to appear, which is not a subject of this appeal.
